Log Refrigerant Usage Without Work Orders

As an ERM service provider or customer admin, you can log refrigerant usage for customers who don't use Accruent Maintain work orders, using the Sites module. This supports accurate leak tracking, system event management, and audit-ready records.

Log refrigerant usage via Sites

Log refrigerant usage for customers who don't use Accruent Maintain work orders.

1. Go to Sites.
2. Search and select the site by Site Name or Client Name.
3. Go to Systems and select the relevant system.

4. Click Log Refrigerant Usage.

   The Mobile Dashboard opens.

5. Enter required fields.

   In some configurations you must add cylinder details to unlock the Amount field and add a value.

6. Check for duplicates.

   If prompted, review the duplicate event to confirm whether to proceed.

7. Tap Save.
